The Importance of Breakfast



As we know, breakfast is important for us as students who will study at school. But, there are still students who do not have breakfast in the morning. In fact, breakfast has many benefits for everyone, especially us.

The benefits of breakfast including ; to increase brain concentration. Why? Because, it contains many vitamins, minerals, and beta-carotene to help the brain's performance. According to Dr. Keith Ayoob, "An empty stomach is not the ideal conditions for the learning process."

Another benefits are ; being able to controls weight, source of energy for the body, restores body metabolism, vitamin E and antioxidants in nuts and chocolate is good for skin, reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and dementia, and so on.

After we know about the benefits of breakfast, then, what kind of healthy foods n drinks for breakfast? Some of them are ; 


  •  eggs that contain lots of proteins.   


  •  pancakes that contain carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.


  •  bananas that contain lots of proteins, carbohydrates, and vitamins. 
  
  •  a glass of milk that contains vitamins, minerals, and various nutrients.


  •  water that can cleanse the body and increase durability.


  •  oatmeal that contain complex carbohydrates. 
  •  and many more.
So, breakfast is really important for us. Would you still ignore the breakfast ?
